le calme olympien de ce petit appartement atypique et la proximité (300m) du métro). du mobilier de qualité, une petite cuisine bien équipée. En revanche, la télé ce n'est pas le top! le son est infâme.

Great location, soo many choices on where to go to eat or have a drink and nice hair and beauty salons all around, supermarkets nearby as well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean and easy to access by all transports, even walking to the main areas is doable. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional theres a washing machine which is nice for longer trips :)
Finding the house and doing the check in was easy the host provided all necessary information and was reactive when we messaged them, it was very clean as well and lovely decoration very cosy!
The check in is at 4pm and checkout at 10am, after some messaging we agreed on 10:30 but still, I think its a bit late to come and too early to leave especially when you're on vacation, I was quite surprised by that.
Also keep in mind its located inside a building entrance courtyard, with one entrance and 2 buildings, with glass windows all over the roof and walls so its not well isolated heat and noise wise, also no AC. It was quite hot on the check in since its a sunny day when we came.
Noise wise, we could hear very clearly the conversations of the neighbor on 3rd floor because she had her windows open while talking till 3 am, even with all the windows closed, as they're not sound proof, every time someone opened any building door or slammed it we heard. So if you're a light sleeper I would not recommend

La habitación en sí, coqueta,la cama muy cómoda y la cocina en la cual se puede desayunar perfectamente,tiene incluso lavadora
El lavabo no tragaba bien el agua, y luego ya dos detalles que son más de cada país, wc y ducha separadas, que a mi particularmente no me gusta y aunque tenia estores en todas las ventanas la claridad acaba entrando
