Ease of access and location.
Had late arrival flight and early away train.
Able to walk back to airport in 40 minutes.
Everything in apartment was adequate for our needs.

Мой рейс прилетал ночью и я заранее спрашивала возможность заселения в столь позднее время. Всё прошло отлично, хотя конечно переход в вотсап из чата букинга немного смущал. Жильё - скорее не номер, а квартира, только без доступа на кухню и в часть помещения. Чистота везде! Всё максимально предусмотрено: маленький чайничек, чай и печеньки, розетки и ночник возле кровати. В ванной - фен, гель для душа, шампунь, небольшой запас для женского форс-мажора, пластырь и даже автомобильная аптечка! Приятно, когда всё настолько продумано! Местоположение - окраина города, но есть рядом остановка автобуса и пятнадцать минут пешком до остановки поезда.
Тут скорее то, на что имеет смысл обратить внимание. Piano terra, он же ground floor, он же Erdgeschoss - нулевой этаж, прохладный в любое время года, впрочем батареи там есть, если что - надо просто поговорить с хозяевами. Был вопрос с тем, что не шла горячая вода в душе - решение то же, написать хозяевам, и всё пошло. Диалог всегда работает, хотя и не всегда моментально, но в итоге всё супер. Единственное, чего не хватало - это интернета. Мобильная связь в спальне ловит с трудом (всё тот же момент с нулевым этажом) на разговор по мессенджерам связи не хватает, приходилось идти к входной двери, там связь лучше.

The room was OK. It was clean, all functioned. The communication with the host, albeit remote, worked out alright.
I do not want to be rude, but the whole concept is sort of sketchy. This place bears the mark of being temporarily unused by its owner, and good to make some cash flow while it sits idle. With little effort it would have been more comfortable for the tenants (wifi? drinking glasses? little fridge?). I did not mean to stay there -- I was heading to Trieste, but was seduced by the price. It was not worth it.

Posizione centrale. Ottima la pulizia e il confort. X una notte va benissimo.
Mancava la TV e il wifi. I cellulari non prendevano, x poter comunicare dovevi metterti davanti la porta, il bidet nn funzionava
