Perfect location directly across from the Basilica but very challenging to get to. Room was very plain, small single bed, no closet or drawers but sufficient for one night. Views were outstanding! If driving, must reserve parking as well.

I always stay here, is very close to the San Francisco basilica, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is amazing. You can bring the car up, so that is always a plus!

This hotel is fantastic! The balcony view of the Tuscan landscape and the Basilica was incredible. The twin bed was adequate and fit the theme of staying at a former monastery. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel has a chapel inside (it was a monastery) and that was an added treat. The main churches were easily accessible. I cannot imagine staying at a more beautiful place in Assisi than this hotel!
