Apartment was not fully checked out in terms of conditions before tenants check in. Cupboard door of washer/dryer was broken and left at the entrance side of the balcony. Kitchen ring cookers were spoiled. One of the bedroom door knobs were broken. Towels in the cupboard left for usage were damp and has a smell. Mildew stains on the walls (looked like it was from air con leaking; bad air to breathe). Other than that, it was decent and ok. For the price paid and pictures on site, please do not deceive as it didn’t look like the apartment was well maintained. Thank you.

Fantastic location and attention to detail made this a great place for a girls weekend away. Details like power boards on each side of both beds, detailed check in/out instructions, DFO across the road. Felt like a home. Tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well appointed. The only issue (barely an issue) was some mold near the kitchen sink and showers are probably due for a renovation. Front door is tricky to close from the outside too. Besides this, everything was perfect.
