I had to request for my room to be changed, because, I didn’t like the setup. It took a couple of minutes my request to be granted. The process was fast and convenient.

Hotel is clean except the bathroom walls have mildew on it, and they could use Tilex Mold & Mildew spray to get rid of rhat. Electrical sockets need a COMPLETE OVERHAUL. The restaurant the server's attitude was like she didnt wanna be bothered. She is dark skinned with low hair cut. She didnt have milk for coffee, nor sausage for omlette so omelet was pretty palin. The restaurant is HOT 🔥 No AC which is ridiculous to have guests sit and eat in the heat. Overall the room is lovely 😍, bed super soft and comfy likewise the pillows.

Mattress was old and worn. Bed linens soil and torn. Chair and coach had multiply stain marks. Those sheets shouldve never been on that bed. Cleaning staff was friendly amd efficient. Shout out to Nick the gate man. Jessica, Precious & Ella the cleaning crew made the stay bearable
