ICONIQA - The Lifestyle Hotel of Mumbai

Location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Pillow bar was the best thing. Bed was the most comfortable snuggly bed ever. Rooms well laid out and nice amenities and touches including the clothes steamer etc. The airport shuttle/private chauffeur was excellent too

I specifically wanted this hotel for the pool. I enquired about it and was told I could use it for the opening hours. I then arrived and found there was a party happening on deck. I checked in and the staff told me I could go take a look. I went up and was then told no it was not open to all. The thumping music rattled through the rooms until the early hours which was ridiculous - i rang front desk who said it would end at 12. It was then more than 2 hours later that it did finally stop. ..and even though I was then exhausted I woke early to enjoy the last rays of sunshine and a swim before my flight back to the uk. Only to find……. No pool! I had even double checked with the staff again and they’d confirmed I could use the pool in the morning! I was SO upset. I would have slept- I would have booked elsewhere… I would have planned my last morning differently. I was then offered a taxi to another hotel to use the pool but with Mumbai traffic and my imminent flight I could not risk it. I was then hardly offered an apology- I even rang the spa then thinking I could book something but when I rang they said they had no availability - then said ok they will get someone in- rang me back to offer a massage but I had it been alerted of a flight time change and needed to confirm the booking etc so said I would call back. I rang back 20min later and was told it was not fully booked!! At 9am?! Nonsense. It was most frustrating because these are the little things that complete a trip.

Nice, large and clean rooms Good location for the airport just 5 minutes to Terminal 2 with hotel shuttle

The hotel staff were not very attentive A bit expensive

Just Everything!!! The room was spacious and very clean The whole atmosphere from the lobby to the pool was amazing and the staff friendly and very helpful. The location is very convenient if u have to catch a flight early in the morning. The breakfast buffet had everything to offer , veg and non veg. Just perfect

It was a new property . The electric cupboard to dry out clothes and creases was an additional attraction
