Next Apartments OFFICIAL

The apartment i got was good in general: it had nice design, all the necessary furniture, great balcony, there was no elevator queue and the building is located right next to the beach.

I wasn’t able to get the apartment I actually booked, which is losing the whole idea of booking in advance. I had booked a family room with two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with two single beds since three of us didn’t want to sleep together. However they gave me keys to the apartment with one bedroom and another one without its own window, so it was like one bedroom cut in half which was not what i booked. More importantly in each of these “bedrooms” there was one double bed. So there was no other option but for two of us to sleep together or one could sleep on the couch in the living room :). When i booked this room having three separate beds was my main priority, however the stuff didn’t care that much and when i complained about it, they just said that they were sorry and that somebody had already taken the apartment that had separate beds in it. It doesn’t make sense. When i book an apartment I expect to be reserved for me, unfortunately they didn’t cared and sorry was their only answer, which at this point was meaningless. They said that they can’t control it but, i think it is really easy when you have a limited number of rooms with specific feature to actually take time and reserve it for a specific client especially after cancellation period is over. When addressing this problem, they also asked multiple times if we were Georgians or Russians which makes me question their professionalism towards every customer: would there be a different treatment depending on the answer? Also they checked my booking (app) several times as if they didn’t know what they had listed here, which is also weird, like why are you so surprised when you are the one listing apartments with specific features on here. Also about cleanliness, it was clean in general but there was piece of chewed gum stuck to the door frame _ I don’t know if cleaning lady just didn’t see it or what but it was unpleasant to encounter that.

الشقة شرحة ونظيفة والعمارة كبيرة، وما واجهتنا أي مشكلة في المصاعد وكانت الحركة سلسة. يوجد بلكونة مطلة على البحر، والشاطئ قريب من الشقق. كما يوجد أسفل العمارة عدة محلات ومقهى جميل، والمول قريب والمنطقة بشكل عام حيوية. الموقع بعيد قليلاً عن البوليفارد، لكن قرب الشاطئ والمول وتوفر المحلات والخدمات حولها يعوض ذلك. بشكل عام الشقة جيدة ونظيفة وأنصح بالسكن فيه

الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت على الاستقبال، لم يكونوا متعاونين في استلام الشقة قبل الموعد بساعتين بالرغم من توفر الشقة، وحتى لم يقبلوا أن نترك الشنط عندهم لمدة ساعتين ونرجع وقت موعد الاستلام.

قربه من اليحر وبعض الفعاليات والمطاعم والغرفة واطلالتها جميله ونظيفه

الفطور لايوحد الا ثلاث اصناف شوربه وبانكيك وبيض وكل شخص له طبق واحد ففط مع مشروب واخد موظف الاستقبال ليس استقباله جيد موظفين المطعم اخلاقهم سيئه ايضا
