The hosts responded very promptly. They were accommodating of our requests (eg early check in). The house was spotlessly clean and the facilities and kitchen equipment were well maintained and thoughtful.
The area where the house is is close to the centre of Shepparton but wonderfully quiet. The parking facility under the porch was great as it was secure as we had bikes on a rack on our car.
The garden was very well maintained and we enjoyed a coffee on the front porch in the morning.
We were very happy with our stay. The only thing that might make the experience a little better is that the hosts might want to consider updating the bed linen, covers and towels. This is a very minor point.

Very homely and comfortable
Oven needs to be at maximum temperature to cook anything. Took hours to roast potatoes

Comfortable and warm.
The milk provided was off, there were no mattress protectors and the mattress was very stained, there were long black hairs left in the shower etc.
