Great location and amenities, comfortable stay and quiet building. Nice touch to have Netflix and YouTube guest accounts on the tv.
While the flat is fine, the management by Nox is a negative point. We were made to buy a “damage waiver” for R750 , there were no non-refundable options. Surely the owners have their own insurance and they don’t need every guest to buy separate damage insurance? This is really something they should change.
Nox was also totally inflexible when we requested to check out at 12pm due to the Cape Town marathon. We felt we wouldn’t have these issues if staying at a hotel or an Airbnb managed by the owner.

The property is spacious and in a good location
There were stains on the duvet inner
The duvet cover couldn’t close properly
The shower walls were dirty
The kitchen cabinets were dirty
There was also a weird smell coming from the shower drains
When I contacted the property regarding this they mentioned getting the helper to clean it however even after she left it was still dirty
