The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, was very kind and attentive. I was truly satisfied with the service and would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff.
Compared to the hotels I have stayed at in Tbilisi, Borjomi, and Trabzon, this hotel was on a much higher level. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it.
There is nothing I don’t like about it.

מלון נחמד 2 קומות חדרים גדולים הצוות היה מצויין טיפל בכל בקשה שלנו סה״כ בסדר ומעלה
קיבלנו חדר שעישנו בו הצוות החליף לנו אותו לאחר שהתלוננו
מלון ישן לא חדיש חוסר במעלית הבחור בקבלה מאוד חמוד העלה לנו את המזוודות לקומה העליונה
