About this apartment rental
Very beautiful family- and couple friendly sunny holiday apartment in Torremolinos centre. The apartment is 115m2 including 38m2 sunny terrace with fantastic sea and garden views. Beach and city are both within walking distance (using steps or walking downhill to sea level). The area in the city centre near the apartment has great choice of lovely dining places and bars/cafes. The closest large supermarket is at the end of the street, 5 mins walk.
The famous pedestrianised San Miguel shopping street and city centre, including train station is 5 minutes walk away (slight uphill walk from centre).
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), living room, kitchen and the big all day sunny terrace.
The beautifully maintained and green garden has two pools, one for adults (good for swimming) and one for children.
Kitchen includes everything what travellers needs to feel like home. Bedrooms have clean sheets and pillows with plenty of towels for your stay.
38m2 balcony is sunny from morning to evening, all day and year long. It has sun beds, and a big dining table. One large underground parking space included in the price making it super convenient.

Such a great apartment in Torremolinos. It’s spacious and very well equipped. It is extremely clean with very comfortable beds and a very comfortable lounge.area with a nice large flat screen tv. The balcony/terrace is a lovely large space which is not overlooked at all. It has 4 sun loungers, two high stools and small high table plus a big outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a great view right down to the sea from the terrace.The apartment is an easy 15/20 minute stroll to the beach via the fantastic Calle San Miguel.There’s a nice communal pool and garden space which is beautifully kept.The owner is very helpful and flexible around timings for access to the apartment and there’s someone local to meet and greet you and to contact should you need to.We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly book this apartment again .

Brilliant beautiful apartment, fabulous terrace, good sized rooms all around and plenty of extras. Checkin easy and host was very good at accommodating our late check out request.Very lovely apartment, very clean with wonderful views.Please note there are trains that run underneath the apartment, it didnt bother me and it was only a few a day but it would have been helpful it someone had actually mentioned it, before hand.

Great location, very tidy and nice apartment with a wonderful view to the town and sea. Perfectly equipped. Very easy check-in, helpful host. The terrace was absolutely marvellous. Would definately come back again and recommend the apartment to anyone.
