Welcome to Niu Haven, a spacious two-level family home designed for relaxed group stays, entertaining and enjoying Suva's tropical lifestyle. With five bedrooms, two generous living areas, a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, Niu Haven offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out while still enjoying time together.

Located in Laucala Beach Estate, the home combines generous indoor spaces with a fantastic outdoor pool area, making it particularly well suited to family holidays, group stays, celebrations and longer visits to Suva.

The Space

The home is arranged over two spacious levels, giving larger groups the advantage of having separate areas to relax.

On the ground floor, you'll find a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that forms the main social hub of the home. The living area has three ceiling fans to help keep the space comfortable and opens directly onto the outdoor pool area, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.

Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 1, conveniently located near the shared bathroom, toilet and laundry area. This bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with 1 Queen bed and 1 Single bed, making it a practical choice for guests who prefer not to use the stairs.

A washer and dryer are provided for guests, making Niu Haven especially convenient for families and longer stays.

Upstairs Living & Bedrooms

Upstairs you'll find a second large living area, providing another place for the family to relax. This is particularly useful when travelling with a larger group—children and adults can enjoy separate living spaces without everyone having to gather in the same room.

The remaining four bedrooms are located upstairs:

Bedroom 2 – Master Suite

The spacious, air-conditioned master bedroom features a walk-in closet and private ensuite with bath, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 3

Furnished with 1 Queen bed and cooled by a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4

Features 1 Queen bed plus 1 Single pull-down bed, with a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 5

A particularly spacious room featuring 2 Queen beds, with a ceiling fan.

Please note that two bedrooms are air-conditioned and three bedrooms are cooled by ceiling fans only. The downstairs living area is not air-conditioned but is equipped with three ceiling fans.

Pool, Jacuzzi & Outdoor Entertaining

One of the highlights of Niu Haven is its outdoor area.

The open-plan ground-floor living space flows directly towards the private swimming pool and jacuzzi, creating a relaxed setting for spending time together during your stay.

A BBQ grill set is also provided, making the outdoor area great for family meals, afternoon BBQs and casual entertaining.

The property also has a backup water tank, providing additional convenience and reassurance during your stay.

Small Events & Private Gatherings

Niu Haven can accommodate small private events and gatherings of up to 30 invited guests, making the property a great option for intimate family occasions and celebrations.

Suitable events may include birthday gatherings, family celebrations, small dinners, baby or bridal showers and similar private functions.

All events must receive prior approval from Kidsfirst Apartments before they take place and are subject to an additional event fee.

Guests must provide details of the proposed event in advance, including the type of gathering and expected number of attendees. Additional conditions may apply regarding noise, event hours, parking, cleaning, pool use and the number of visitors on the property.

Please note that booking the accommodation does not automatically include permission to host an event. Undisclosed parties, functions or gatherings are not permitted.

Important Information for Families with Young Children

Niu Haven is a large multi-level home; however, guests travelling with babies or young children should be aware that the stairway leading to the upstairs living area and bedrooms does not have safety rails.

Children must therefore be closely supervised when using or approaching the stairs. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout their stay, particularly around the staircase, swimming pool and jacuzzi.
