About this house rental
A modern family friendly home in a quiet, leafy suburb, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully air conditioned.
Just 100m from the popular Bloodwood playground.

Zuccoli is a quiet, family friendly suburb with local shops close by.
Guests have access to the whole property
• Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable
• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items (oils, sauces etc.) provided
• Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and walk-in robe
• Second bedroom has a queen bed
• Third bedroom has two single beds
• Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ & outdoor dining
• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer
• Washing machine, dryer & laundry detergents, iron & ironing board provided
• WIFI and Smart TV
• Enclosed garage for two cars
• Fully fenced backyard
• Portacot with bassinette & changetable attachments, and highchair available to hire upon request
Standard check in time is 2pm.
Standard check out time is 10am.
We have baby item hire available:
Portacot (with linen): $25
Highchair: $10
Please request at time of booking
Pets are permitted with the following conditions:
- They must be added to the reservation, $80 pet fee applies
- Pets are not permitted indoors at any time
The easiest and most convenient way to get around Darwin is by car. Ubers and taxis are readily available.
The property has self check in so if you are arriving late you can let yourself in at any time

Property was beautiful, very clean and great location. Only downfall was the internet, it was fairly non existent however potentially associated with external works outside of owners control as my Telstra network was also affected. The house seems to be affected by a “dead zone”, but outside of that, very very beautiful! And owner was great with communication. Definitely will be interested in returning
