Carnac, located on the south coast of Brittany, is renowned for its fine sandy beaches and the quality of its bathing waters. This destination also attracts history enthusiasts thanks to its alignments of standing stones, witnesses to a distant past. It is also an ideal starting point for discovering the coast of the department, from the Etel estuary to the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan, passing through the cliffs of the Quiberon peninsula.
House located in a small quiet residence 250 m from Men-Du beach and less than a kilometre from Grande-Plage. Centre-Plage and its shops are 1.5 km away, the supermarket is 600 m away. The town of Carnac and the port of Trinité-sur-Mer are 2.5 km away.
Auray and its railway station are about fifteen kilometres away.

-Entrance to living room: sofa bed (160 cm), armchair, coffee table, television, table for 4 to 6 people;
-Open kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster;
-Bedroom 1: bed 160 x 190 cm, bedside table, chest of drawers, ladder leading to a mezzanine (travel cot with mattress, storage space for suitcases) – bedroom with en-suite bathroom: shower cubicle, sink, dressing area with wardrobe, washer-dryer;
-Separate WC;
Upstairs:
-Landing with storage lockers;
-Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 cm with bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, chair, coat hooks;
-Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140 cm with bedside table, storage, shelves, coat hooks;
-Bathroom with bath and sink.
Garden with access gate, terrace, barbecue, chairs and table with extension for 4 to 6 people. Closed shelter for storing bicycles and pushchairs.

Deposit: €500 to be paid on site.
