The 15-foot island invites gatherings, while the cedar hot tub (fits 6) offers deep relaxation. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living spring through fall with sliding doors that open to a spacious patio.

Bedrooms: Three elegant bedrooms (Two king, one queen) with forest views, plus a media room that doubles to provide additional sleeping bunk options
Bathrooms: 3.5 - two with showers, one with shower and soaker tub, one powder room
Luxury Features:
- Custom infrared sauna (fits 8), built in cedar hot tub (fits 6), wood fire box (available in winter and shoulder seasons), luxury kitchen
- Entertainment: High-end media room with big screen TV, perfect for family nights
- Dedicated workspace in loft
- Expansive gear storage
- New & high-quality memory foam mattresses
Other details to note:
- Three external recording security cameras for the safety of the property: front door, side door, patio door. This property also has one or more devices that can assess sound level but doesn't record audio.
- 2-minute drive (or 10-minute walk) to Fernie Alpine Resort. Access from the resort is also possible via a Ski Out behind the property, snow conditions permitting.
- Located in a growing community, some neighbouring construction may be ongoing throughout stay
- Quiet Hours between 10pm and 7am.
- No parties, smoking (of any kind) is strictly prohibited
- No street parking

This property is a unique and exceptional home. Pristine, highest quality design, materials, decor, and amenities. beautiful mountain views and ultimate alpine living indoors and out. All was impeccable, instructions clear, comfort optimum. A zen like tranquility pervades. We would be delighted to return.
