Pésima relación calidad-precio: suciedad, ruido extremo y luz constante

La amabilidad del anfitrión y su hija en el trato personal.

Aunque las fotos coinciden con la realidad, la funcionalidad del alojamiento es nula Higiene deficiente: El estropajo y la bayeta estaban sucios y usados. Las sábanas estaban sin planchar y con pequeñas pelusas, lo que daba una sensación de falta de limpieza total. Falta de textiles y baño: Solo una toalla de ducha por persona para 3 adultos y un único colgador en el baño. Sin toallas de lavabo. Construcción precaria: Es un altillo sin terminar y sin ningún aislamiento (techo a la vista) construido sobre un edificio. La puerta es de chapa con un panel fenólico, lo que transmite inseguridad. Solo una ventana tiene persiana; por las demás entra la luz de las farolas y el sol. Ruido extremo y descanso imposible: Está pegado a la carretera; el paso constante de camiones y coches se oye como si estuvieran dentro por el nulo aislamiento de las ventanas (cuyos raíles y cierres -cremonas- estaban muy sucios). Además, los perros de los alrededores no pararon de ladrar en toda la noche y vecinos del alojamiento contiguo gritando de madrugada. Ubicación y acceso: No es una urbanización, sino una calle cortada sin asfaltar a 2 km de Osuna (imposible ir andando). A pesar de haber sitio de sobra, no permiten aparcar dentro del recinto. Falta de servicios: No funcionaba la TV ni el Wi-Fi. Camas ruidosas e incómodas. La nevera hace tanto ruido que hay que desenchufarla para dormir. Irregularidades en el pago: Reservamos para 2 personas (2 noches) y añadimos una tercera persona para la segunda noche. Nos obligaron a pagar un suplemento de 50€ en efectivo a la llegada. En total pagamos 216 euros por 2 noches más los 50 € extra, un precio abusivo para las condiciones del lugar. Conclusión: Un altillo ruidoso a precio de hotel de lujo. No lo recomiendo.

Lo único positivo es que tiene piscina

Mucho, mucho calor... muy poco aislamiento, y aunque tenga aire acondicionado, no tiene el rendimiento suficiente para enfriar el calor que se queda acumulado. Muchas moscas y mal olor

Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y secador de pelo. Está a 2 minutos en coche del centro, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Leider total hellhörig,nachts kaum geschlafen. Hunde bellen nachts,die Autos rasen über die Landstraße.
