Location and view of the bay
They made me pay RMB18 for milk to use in coffee in my room. Didn’t have time to argued but felt it something 5* hotel needs to provide as standard for in room tea and coffee facilities .

Sehr schöne, geräumige Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung.
Beim Frühstück war das Personal total überfordert. Das benutzte Geschirr wurde auf Tischen gesammelt in bester Lage und es gab fast keine freien Plätze

Room spacious and very well laid out. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and shower was great. Just need better lighting for shaving purposes. Daily water x 4 bottles is very good service. Breakfast (Social One, I think?) was a great spread.
No Mini Bar. No Restaurant open 4 night.
Ordering app did not work. Rang for room service and staff could not speak English and hung up. Some 10 mins later received a phone call who took my order. Another 10 mins later 2 cans of Pepsi were offered for 8 RMB and drinks were cold. Had to ask for ice which took another 10 mins. Finally at around 10.30pm after checking in was I refreshed with a cold Pepsi!!!!
Last night restaurant was not open and they suggested to order room service, which the app doesn't work!
