Apartment lovely although signs of wear and tear but the position and stunning views offset it.
Just a small concern - advise people to take photos of any wear and tear in apartment- it was implied by owner that we had made a mark / stain on a chair - going to charge ! fortunately we had taken photos on day of arrival of said chair and other things- if not some of holding deposit would not have been refunded.

The sofa/tv arrangement was slightly odd but understand space is tight.

The position and flat are perfect for Salcombe plus the parking . Will definitely be back
