Great location, apartment itself is fine, has most amenities listed.
The staff is not the most competent or accommodating. Really poor communication between eachother and the guests.
As an example you have to walk to their center to make the payment and get the keycode to access the property, which would've been helpful to know before making it to the property with the luggage.
The hairdryer is listed as an ammenity, but was nowhere to be found in the apartment. Spoke with one of their staff who assured me they had one at hand in the aforementioned office. This of course was not the case, and I had to wait for 30 mins for them to bring it to the center for me to pick it up again only after I had made it clear my wife had already taken a shower and really needed it.
I might have as well taken a hotel room for the same price, but wouldn't have had to walk 5-10 mins every time I had to get to the reception desk.
