Comme echangé avec le propriétaire malheureusement la douche n’évacue pas l’eau. On se retrouve avec une piscine au pied et seulement une personne peut prendre sa douche sinon ça déborde dans toute la salle de bain

Great amenities, with thoughtful touches like a dental kit, comb, and shower cap provided in the bathroom. I also loved the bamboo hangers in the closet, which added a nice eco friendly touch. Check in was smooth and hassle free, and the private pool was fantastic. I also really appreciated the manager giving me a lovely wooden Bali sign as a souvenir when I checked out. It was a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.
The cleanliness was a bit concerning. I found dust behind the rubbish bin, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the reception was often unattended. However, this wasn’t a major issue for me as I didn’t have many questions, and the manager was always attentive and responsive via WhatsApp. Since the property is surrounded by rice fields, I did see mice running around outside, but never inside the room. The bed was also a bit too firm for my preference.
I originally booked four nights from 10 to 14 August but ended up staying only the first two nights because of an issue with having my room cleaned. The manager was very understanding and kindly offered a free cancellation for the remaining two unused nights. Since it wasn’t possible to adjust the booking through Booking.com, I contacted their customer service two days ago and am still waiting for a response. I’m hoping to receive a refund for the unused nights of 12 to 14 August.
