Beautiful stunning house, very clean and comfortable, a home away from home, had everything we needed all the essentials. Location was hood 10 to 15mins away ftom lake windermere. My family also loved the house and everyone was comfortable including the children. I deffo will book again if available in the foreseeable future.
The check in and checkout times could be better, earlier check in and not 4pm and a later check out not 10am a little difficult when you have very young children.

البيت اكثر بكثير من رائع تصميم رهيب بصراحة الصور لم تظهر جمال البيت فهو اجمل بكثير بالواقع و بالحقيقة من الأمور الرائعه التى ستجعلني اعود للمنطقة هو هذا البيت . واسع و متكامل باحدث و أفضل التجهيزات حديقة رائعة واثاث راقي الأتساع و شراحة المكان شكرا للمظيف جعلت رحلتنا اجمل بكثير

The house is on the edge of Staveley and a mere 6-7 minute walk in to the village where there are a variety of shops incl a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a couple of cafe's alongside some other businesses.
The house and garden are amazing and have lovely views from most of the rooms.
I cannot fault this venue - it is ideal for families or groups up to 10/12 adults. 4 of the bedrooms are en-suite. In addition there is another bathroom and an additional shower room.
There is also a bed settee in the upstairs lounge.
Only 15 mins drive to Bowness and Windermere.
A bit more expensive than other 5 bed houses in the lakes but worth the extra cost in my opinion.
Everything was very good - well stocked kitchen (implements).
