2 Minuten zu Fuss zur Bushaltestelle von wo aus regelmäßig und auch oft Busse nach Thun oder Spiez fahren.
Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequemes Doppelbett. Vom Wohnzimmer konnte man direkt über die Terrasse zum Auto laufen um Gepäck auszuladen.
Perfekte Lage zwischen Thun und Interlaken. Sehr guter öffentlicher Nahverkehr - Auto wird nur ausnahmsweise gebraucht.
Am Eingangsbereich und an Terrassentür hat sich der Kunststofffussboden gelöst und aufgewölbt.
Keine Microwelle obwohl die Küche ansonsten gut ausgestattet war. Kein Schrank für Kleidung - nur ein offenes Regal in Form eines Raumtrenners zwischen Bett und Couch. Nur Streaming-Sender auf TV - keine "normalen" lokale Sender wie z.B. SRF1 / SRF2. Auch keinerlei deutschen Sender (ARD, ZDF). Wohnung nur mit Blick auf Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Schlechte Beleuchtung im Couchbereich (in Deckenventilator integriert). Doppelbett mit nur einer großen Decke anstatt mit 2 getrennten Bettdecken. Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad läuft kaum ab (verstopft).
Zum Bezahlen der Kurtaxe wird man auf "dubiose" Seite umgeleitet wo man sich sehr unsicher fühlt, ob das alles so in Ordnung ist.

The house was very well done and had everything that you could need. Very nice property with a walking distance to the lake where you could chill. Enough towels were provided. The host was very responsive as well
The house had a pungent smell which you feel upon entering. We tried keeping the windows open as well but that smell didn't go. Not that it made any difference during our stay as after a few seconds you couldn't feel it.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage – der See ist ganz in der Nähe und auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Eine sehr gute Ausgangslage, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 🇨🇭

The location is perfect for us, every 30 mins there is a bus which go to spiez station (10 mins travel) and from there train to interlaken (20 mins travel). We liked the place location as its as per our plan, We mostly liked because of the surroundings, very calm, peaceful and relaxing, and the view is very nice and near to the lake. Enjoyed the stay
amenities as described and its clean and nicely maintained. Room size sufficient for a small family. Easy to collect the keys and host response was quick. Those who drive have good parking spots infront of the house
