We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay sitting on the back deck and watching the boats.

The rooms and view were awesome. we were able to see fireworks all around us and from Jones Beach.

The downstairs air conditioner was constantly filling up the bucket. I suggest a longer hose to the window.

Wonderful stay

Right on the water , well laid out all the amenities

Needed more seating outside and also dining table instead of the bar near the kitchen but minor things
