Easy to find. Very clean and tidy. Modern and comfortable. Fun cowboy theme.
Being picky, the doors are noisy at night time, and an extra loo/shower would have helped but appreciate that would be difficult in the size of the property.

Nailed the Yellowstone/Western theme! You can tell you’ve gone the extra mile to really land the theme in a tasteful way!
Lovely layout and the front bedroom - with the three beds in the one room - was perfect for our set up as a family with a toddler.
Bathroom is amazing with nice big shower and bath for our toddler.
There are quite a few parts of the place that need a bit of TLC.
Some areas aren’t very clean - the microwave and oven is pretty dirty; floors could do with a good hoover; kitchen cabinet fronts.
Some things we used or observed really need fixed - toilet seat is wobbly; curtain pole in front bedroom has seen better days; dishwasher; some wall finishes where there has been leaks etc.
A couple of things I would really recommend:
*Fit a handrail on the stairs - they are a bit of a death trap and really concerning for families.
*Bigger/more towels - the towels could really do with being a bath sheet size especially if you are only supplying 1 per person.
*Some air fresheners or diffusers - there is a bit of a ‘pet smell’ in the property.
