We had a wonderful six-night family stay in this apartment and enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.
The apartment is spacious, perfectly designed for a family, with two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lovely terrace where we enjoyed relaxing after a day at the beach. It is fully equipped with everything you might need, making our stay easy and comfortable.
The location is excellent – just a short walk from the beautiful Poetto Beach, while still being in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
One of the nicest surprises was the warm welcome from the host. We found a delicious homemade cake waiting for us, along with a bottle of chilled local wine in the fridge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly welcome.
Communication with the owner was outstanding throughout our stay. He was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cagliari, especially families with children. We would be delighted to stay here again!

Прекрасно все: чисто, уютно, стильно, удобно, современно. Мы были как дома. Гладкий паркетный пол, приятно ходить босиком, хорошо работают кондиционеры - не сильно холодят. Тихое место, рядом остановки автобуса, супермаркет, пляж Поэтто. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные, компетентные люди, помогали во всем, отвечали на все вопросы, давали советы. Мы отлично отдохнули, беззаботно и расслабленно, даже не хотелось уезжать - со мной такое впервые. Надеемся вернуться!

Appartamento ristrutturato benissimo, comodo, grande, pulitissimo e adatto ad una famiglia di 4 persone, posizione ottima e proprietari gentilissimi.
La pressione dell'acqua delle docce da rivedere, quando sono entrambi in funzione troppo bassa.

Шикарная квартира, оборудована абсолютно всем от масла для готовки до всех видов туалетных принадлежностей. Есть стиральная машина, посудомойка, две душевых комнаты, две спальни, гостиная, терраса, кондиционеры. Очень милые и отзывчивые хозяева, моментально отвечали на все вопросы. По приезду хозяйка испекла нам пирог, а в холодильнике ждала бутылка просекко. От пребывания остались очень теплые впечатления. Очень рекомендуем. До пляжа Поэтто можно дойти пешком за 15 минут. Квартира новая и чистая.
Минусов нет. До центра города 3,5 км, по приложению можно купить дневной билет на автобус за 3 евро. На пляж тоже можно подъехать на автобусе.
