It was very clean, comfy, cozy, cool in the summer with efficient AC, and well equipped for cooking including a dishwasher! I have been traveling all over Italy with my 15 year old daughter for the past 3 weeks and this was one of the most well stocked places in terms of really being able to stay for a while. After getting to know the area a bit more during our short stay, I would gladly return for longer. I really fell in love with the local community. It’s well above the touristy area so the experience feels much more authentic. There is an awesome bar and grocery just down the hill from the place and they have all the staples you’d need for a longer stay. They are open everyday except for Tuesday. The shop owner even gave me a reusable bag to bring back at my convenience. That was before I realized there was a bag in the drawer to the left of the sink.
One of the highlights of our stay was crawling up into the loft to watch the approaching lightening and thunderstorm. I didn’t realize we’d have access to such a beautiful view. My other daughter stayed far below us near the water. Her location was far more accessible to water play but both were equally awesome.
Initially I didn’t love how far up the hill it was. Booking indicated it was near the village which I thought would be closer to most shops, restaurants, water play areas, etc. Once I was there and settled, I understood it was near a very quaint village and discovered the many walking paths down to the bigger village right above the water. If you stay here, I suggest a taxi or bus up with luggage. Once there, embrace the built in stair master everywhere you go!

The place is really nice and location is perfect for view . We really enjoyed it was really cleaned apartment facilities of the apartment were clear to use it. The best which I was not expecting was the heaters were on in the room and even the room water heater well temperature . This was the best apartment I would say to stay
The location for apartment anyways it was our mistake we choose to walk through the place as we wanted to see the places around

L'hôte est très aimable, et aussi attentionné (communications avant la prise de l'appartement)
Appartement propre, très calme
Lieu très pittoresque, au milieu d'un petit village italien...
Le processus de réservation est "compliqué"
Selon les lois italiennes, il faut photographier son passeport et soi-même avant de pouvoir finaliser le check-in online, j'avoue ne pas être à l'aise avec ces procédés. De plus, on n'apprend l'obligation de ces procédures qu'après avoir finaliser la réservation sur booking. Heureusement, tout s'est bien déroulé.
Les instructions envoyées par e-mail seulement en italien... (je ne parle pas italien)
Entre booking et les message de l'hôte, environ 7-8 e-mails reçus avant la prise de possession de la chambre (avec de nombreux liens, donc plus compliqué qu'une réservation normale (hôtel)
Malheureusement, pas de parking proche - env. 200m de marche depuis un parking public (bon point, il est gratuit...)
