L’appartement était propre et bien équipé.

The location was relatively close/walking distance to the Croisette beach and area for the price which was my priority. It was also in a decent and safe place. The host was very communicative before, during and after my stay. The place was clean and had everything I could possibly need for the 5 day stay.
It was relatively smaller compared to where I usually stay. But again given the price and how late I booked it, I am grateful. Especially given it has Air conditioning. I was there for a conference and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room - just the time to sleep there and go.

Location with a well set up unit for those wanting to self cater. Very close to town & beach with easy parking
The air conditioning unit was very noisy, so much so you could not sleep with it running. Being a ground floor apartment you could not safely open windows etc at night to sleep without air conditioning. The location of the AC unit was within 1m of the fold out bed & neither could be moved so there was no easy solution. Earplugs did not solve the issue.
I appreciate that the heatwave is unprecedented but this urgently needs addressing.
