A great view from the terrace and comfortable for the price. It is in a walkable to the Forio village with shops and restaurants but not for people who have limitations (hilly, cobble stones, traffic). Communication was easy and fast with the host.
Clean room but the bathroom, especially shower, would need an update. AC worked well.
The bed was very Italian style so super hard that made sleeping difficult and caused pains and also the pillows were hard. We asked if it would be possible to change rooms etc but all the rooms had same mattresses. Soundproofing was bad so you would easily wake up to people unlocking or closing their room doors.
A small thing but the lady working at breakfast was coughing a lot and didn’t cover her mouth at all.
Overall, given the price the stay was good.
