An olde worlde apartment, period furniture not of ideal quality, old fashioned spiral staircase to the bedroom/s is awkward, but the bathroom is alongside on the first floor. However, it does have charm. On closer inspection, the mod cons are right up to date and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. All appliances worked well. Plenty of soap, washing gel, toilet paper and even laundry liquid required for the small washing machine. The garden area and views are very good.
To self-transport medium suitcases upstairs was very difficult. If you have packing cells, these are the best to deconstruct luggage and take to the bedroom/bathroom areas. Lighting is quite dim in most areas at night. Uneven tiles on floors especially in kitchen. If you are younger, no problem... Retirement age, be careful..
