We liked :
- Very convenient and quiet location
- Very nice beach in short distance
- Available parking space (really no problem)
- Kindness of our host
- All the equipment working including WiFi
- Easy check-in and check-out
- Good starting point to visit eg. Lisboa, Fatima. Obidos, Sintra, Porto
The description of the property rather not precise (Sardine Sanctuary - The sand suite) :
- It is not a house or a home - rather one of 2 separate apartments.
- No separate rooms (1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen) just the common space + bathroom.
- No 65m2 - probably less than 40m2.
- No garden just public lawn.
- I can't confirm the sea view and the garden view.
- The washing machine not available (maybe behind the locked door), maybe a mistake (dishwasher).
In our case the above didn't matter - but somebody can get disappointed.

The location was great as it was just 7 minutes walking from Baleal Beach. There is a supermarket right 6 minutes walk, Ferrel is 25 minutes walk, Peniche is 6 min by car. It is situated in a cute surftown, all quiet and nice.
We stayed for three weeks and we wished there were a bit more ammenitites.

La amabilidad de Rafael el anfitrión, La ubicación, ya que está muy cerca de las playas y los chiringuitos de la zona, y la comodidad de la casa. Contentos con el alojamiento en general.
Por poner un pero, en la app se indica que hay lavadora y no hay, en su lugar hay un lavavajillas. Y unas mosquiteras en las ventanas también irían muy bien ya que tiene mucho campo alrededor.
