Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable, and the host was very helpful and responsive. Check-in and check-out were also easy and straightforward.
There are just a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness could be given a little more attention, as we occasionally noticed some bugs. Also, when using the washing machine, the water level in the shower tray rose and some dirt came up from the pipes.
The general maintenance of the building could also be improved. The surrounding areas could use a little more care, and the communal areas would benefit from being kept cleaner and better maintained.

Era un apartamento súper amplio, equipado con todo lo necesario, totalmente reportado, decoración preciosa h muy bien situado. El propietario es muy amable y disponible en todo momento.

O local é central, tem cafes, restaurantes e minimercados perto. O apartamento é muito jeitoso, tem todas as comodidades necessárias.
O anfitriã é muito simpático e foi fácil fazer o check in e check out.
A estrada principal é muito movimentada, noite e dia, a insonorização das janelas e paredes não é muito boa. Creio que seria uma boa ideia a longo prazo, investir numas janelas duplas, pois o espaço tem muito potencial.
