There was a message beforehand to say that we would be contacted with the code for the lockbox when the cleaners had been and sure enough there was. Not a hitch which helped a lot. The property was clean and had absolutely everything we needed for the stay. We went for the lantern festival only to find we stepped outside the door and it was passing right by. The property is super central with a lovely coffee shop/bistro across the road called Poppies which was really busy so great. You can book prior and it may be advised. The details sent about the property included a really easy to access carpark across the road, a bit pricey but not the fault of the property owners and there were other alternatives given. Would definitely book again, it had the basics needed just remember tea and coffee as essentials but if not there was a Tesco and CoOp nearby and a Costa for a morning brew. Ulverston is fabulous and there were so many pubs and places to eat, tea houses and things to discover. The vibe is lovely and we visited the Laurel and Hardy museum nearby plus the monument.
Bed was a little small and uncomfy but the linen was clean and fresh. Despite this slept ok and you cant always expect your own bed size in a rental. Cant think of anything negative at all much really.

Great location in the town close to shops, cafes and pubs but surprisingly quiet at night. Lovely modern bathroom and shower. Very convenient car park across the road for £8 p day. All kitchen equipment spot on! More than enough space for 3 people staying. We would definitely book again.
Very minor.. one of the beds in the front bedroom beds wasn’t comfy for a full grown adult. Maybe joints need tightening? The apartment was a little dark due to privacy screens on windows. But didn’t really bother us as out all day. Great little bustling friendly town!

c’est un joli appartement très équipé et bien placé au centre ville. Le propriétaire a fait preuve de grande disponibilité et de réactivité lors de nos contacts et a toujours tout fait pour venir à notre encontre. Je le recommande très fortement
La seule chose à améliorer est la question du dépôt des bagages, pour le moment aucun arrangement est en place pour laisser les bagages si on fait le check out tôt ou si on arrive plus tôt.

Location was excellent, easily walkable to town centre facilities, but quiet. Apartment really comfortable and had all you need for a great short break.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
