Very nice welcoming gift, close to beach, fenced yard for dog, good outdoor eating area, spacious living area, younger family members enjoyed the bicycles, lots of pots and pans for cooking
Bar-b-q very dirty - did not appear to have been cleaned so was not used (photos taken)
There were only plates for eating off - no other platters or bowls for nibbles
Stove top did not appear to have been cleaned as some sticky stuff had to be cleaned off two elements before using

Location- parking the car in the garage and walking everywhere, just a quick stroll to the cafes, restaurants , beach, parks , golf course.
Loved the bbq and outdoor dining.
Everything was Very clean and in great condition.
Look forward to coming back.

The cleanliness and the secure fenced yard. That I could take my two Scottish terriers along with me.
