Piękne, stylowe wnętrza. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji oraz podczas śniadania. Pokoje bardzo wygodne, zwłaszcza łóżka. Lokalizacja dogodna. Okna świetnie wyciszone.

Nie było minusów

Hotel incrível. Quarto super confortável e uma cama maravilhosa, super macia. Foi o melhor hotel de nossa viagem, sem dúvida. O hotel também tem uma decoração linda. O bar do hotel é um show à parte. Atendimento impecável e drinks maravilhosos. Pianista e cantores fantásticos!

Três pontos: 1) o café da manhã é a la carte, o que deixa um pouco a desejar no meu ponto de vista, pela falta de opções. prefiro quando o café da manhã é servido em formato de Buffet, mas, entendo que é parte do formato escolhido pelo hotel. 2) Outro ponto é que, na última noite a água do banheiro parou de aquecer. Ligamos para recepção, que nos informou que havia um problema no hotel, ainda sem solução. Então, acabamos por tomar banho frio na última noite e última manhã. 3) Tínhamos três apartamentos, dois deles eram perfeitos. O terceiro, que no caso foi o que eu fiquei, estava com forte cheiro de esgoto, do início ao fim da estadia, proveniente do banheiro. (quarto 209).

This is incredible in terms of execution. It looks extremely luxurious. You can clearly see that an incredible amount of money has been invested to make it. It’s very clean, everything is spotless, it looks very luxurious and very expensive. The building itself is very beautiful. The breakfast restaurant has unique architecture, the ceiling and everything else. These things are undeniable – it really is impressive, luxurious, and beautiful.

There are an incredible number of shortcomings that, in my opinion, are important for the kind of guests who would stay in an expensive hotel. The first thing is that they don’t have a swimming pool. In my opinion, that’s a huge downside. Then, their spa wasn’t working at all. The sauna and the steam room weren’t warm whatsoever. There were no towels, there was nobody at the reception at all, their massages don’t operate on Saturdays and Sundays, and overall it feels like they don’t really operate at all. The spa itself is very small. The gym is ridiculous. There are barely any machines, it’s super small, there are no towels, again there’s nobody there to assist you, and there’s nowhere to get towels if you want them. Also, the hotel has a nightclub that is super noisy, and you can hear it until late at night, which is also not okay at all. Another thing is that in our room there was a rattling noise coming from the air conditioning all night long. We couldn’t sleep because of it. So there are quite a few things that weren’t properly thought through. Otherwise, the staff at the reception are polite, the bellboy and the valet who took our car and brought it back were very fast. All of those things are very nice. But the fact that their spa doesn’t work, the gym is terribly small and has almost no equipment, and the spa has no massages at all… On top of that, the breakfast is à la carte, there’s almost no selection of healthy options. I wanted something with walnuts, chia, or something like that, but they didn’t have anything like that at all. There wasn’t much variety. So overall, it’s just a luxurious hotel, nothing more. If someone is looking for anything beyond that, they will be extremely disappointed.
