Disappointed with the stay!!!

It was kind of spacious in the living room, at least, but 1 of the rooms was really small. Once you place your luggage In the room there was hardly any space to move around.

There are a LOT of bad things about this apartment 🥀 First of all, WHY IS THERE NO MICROWAVE?! It wasn't in the listing, I know, but genuinely, why is there no microwave?? Second, the bathroom was kind of bad. My family had 3 separate apartments, one was for my 2 sons, one for my extended family, and one for me, my wife and daughter, and my wife's sister plus her daughter, And the bathroom SUCKED. In the apartment with my sons, the eldest one was taking a shower, the door then just fell 💔 He had to catch it so he didn't get hit by it. In the apartment with my extended family, one of them were going to take a shower, so she put the towel on the shower door like a normal person, but then the shower door just EXPLODED 😭 she said it was like a million glass shards flying everywhere, and the same happened in the upstairs bathroom. They repaired it, fortunately. Also, in my apartment, whenever you turn on the shower, the pipe of the handheld shower literally DETATCHES from the thing the water comes out from?! 😞 the pipe then starts spraying water everywhere, so you have to either close the shower or turn on the overhead one. The bedrooms were also pretty small. Furniture used in the apartment was of basic quality. Overall not worth the price you pay. Lot of improvements needed to make it a enjoyable stay for the customers.

Extremely unsafe — serious danger to guests

Our stay was extremely disappointing and unsafe. The shower glass, made of real glass instead of safer PVC, suddenly shattered during use and seriously injured my friend — it could have been fatal. Despite repeated calls, the host barely responded and never came to help. We had to clean the broken glass and blood ourselves using only our own hands and bath towels, as the property provided no cleaning tools, no paper towels, and not even a basic first aid kit. The host never followed up to ask what happened. This is unacceptable for a property that is being rented to guests. Safety standards must be taken seriously, and this apartment was far from safe. On top of that, the coffee machine was broken, there was no housekeeping during our stay, and basic items such as towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap were never replenished. I strongly advise Booking.com to review this property’s safety and management practices before more serious harm occurs.

Istanbul short stay

Modern and spacious, beautifully decorated. A washing machine was important for us and the apartment was very easy to find. Would have loved to stay longer.

My bed was a bit uncomfortable.
