Very chic hotel with a good vibe. Super clean room with very comfortable bed with clean and fresh beddings changed everyday. . Shower is probably the best have come across, strong jets and hot. They accepted to check me in early as flight arrived early and one day I forgot to leave the clean room sign on and came back late from day trip, upon request it was cleaned past 9pm. Super friendly staff. They accepted to hold my luggage as I proceeded to Langkawi for 4 nights. I ended up staying there 3 nights and will add another 2 when back from the beach
The location has crazy traffic but so one needs to plan well

Hotel was clean
Room set up was best described as a "clutter". You have to live out of your suitcase. Bed configuration or access not suitable for 70 year olds.
