Calme, bien situé mais attention aux services proposés et à l'accès au troisième étage non précisé.

L'emplacement est Idéal et calme.

La mention "Parking" sur l'annonce est mensongère. Le parking indiqué était en fait inaccessible. Le stationnement dans la rue est en Zone Rouge (Très cher). L'appartement se trouve au troisième étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n'est pas indiqué sur l'annonce. Moutons sous le lit, drap tâché et télé impossible à faire marcher par manque de télécommande. Dans tous les cas, aucune explication sur le fonctionnement des équipements.

La posizione

Odore di muffa e di stantio appena si entra nel portone.L'appartamento si trova in cima ad una scalinata nascosta, e lungo la scalinata i muri sono lesionati con crepe profonde. L'appartamento (molto carino se fosse tenuto bene)era impolverato soprattutto su una piccola mensola sul letto dove ho dovuto pulire con le mie salviette detergenti per poterci appoggiare gli occhiali. Gli asciugamani non avevano un buon odore ed essendo marroni non si poteva capire se fossero davvero puliti. Ci e' stato chiesto di lasciare in ordine (cosa che facciamo normalme), di togliere le lenzuola dal letto (cosa che non abbiamo fatto) e buttare la spazzatura (fatto) nonostante abbiamo pagato 40 eu in più per la pulizia. Nel bagno non c'era neanche il sapone (anzi c'era un dispenser vuoto) e il lavandino era otturato. Ovviamente abbiamo toccato il meno possibile a causa della polvere. Non abbiamo mai visto né sentito la proprietaria dell'appartamento. Mi dispiace dover dire tutto ciò (di cui ho foto che possono documentare) ma non trovo giusto trovarsi di fronte a una situazione del genere quando si e' fuori casa e non avere un interlocutore che possa intervenire, magari anche solo dando degli asciugamani puliti e profumati.
