We didn't have breakfast.
The TV was shaky but the staff fixed the problem.

The property was good, the staff not so good.
Some members of the staff need more training. Upon check-in I provided the rep a card to put the charges on. Instead she split the charges on both cards. Later when I tried to use my debit card it was declined, an embarrassing moment.

It was super clean.
There was no pool, no Jacuzzi, no kickbacks, no breakfast. There was no bathtub, nowhere to sit in the shower. The place was temperature controlled, but hot and then too cold, no in between. There was no airflow. There was no microwave. The fridge didn't get very cold.
All of these things would've been provided at a cheaper hotel I had my eye on.
Then there's the "on the river" lie. Its like a black from the river, yea it's NEAR the river but not on the river like pics make it seem. And there were regular 2 queen rooms, and then LUXURY. 2 queen rooms that , pictured, made it look like there were sliding doors steps from the river, you could go outside and dit right by the river. Not only did I not get the LUXURY room, I got the shorter , regular windows of the standard room. And I paid $70 extra for the luxury room each night. I feel so cheated and lied to.
