Das Appartement liegt sehr gut, um mit dem Auto Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen oder mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof oder in die Stadt zu fahren.
Alles sehr sauber, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sehr leise.
Klimaanlagen sind in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden. Die Fenster sind schalldicht.
Bei Fragen war Ansprechpartner immer schnell per WhatsApp erreichbar.

La zona offre parecchie soluzioni per colazione, pranzo e cena per tutti i gusti. Parcheggi lungo la strada facili da trovare ed orari di pagamento zona blu ridottiu (termnina alle 18)

A lot of storage to place belongings and a nicely designed apartment.
The private parking area can be a bit tricky to get your vehicle in as it is quite a tight spot but after a few times you’ll get used to it.

The apartment was clean and comfortable.
Communication with owner was great and had no problem accessing the apartment.
Location was a bit far from city center, but out of the ZTL zone so great if arriving by car
Closed gates parking lot was a good thing to have.
I would have given it a higher score.
But: while performing the online check-in I had to pay almost 30EUR for the city tax. It would have been no issue, but this cost was not mentioned in the final price of the reservation, driving final cost up with almost 15%. Even if collected by host, city tax should be visible in the final price of the reservation. Otherwise, the price is not transparent and misleading.
