The room was lovely. Hotel was really clean! Water park was great for older kids!
Really nice pool area although it was tough for my 8 month old to crawl as the surface was uneven and hurt her knees. Food could have been better. Most of the staff were lovely but we couldn’t get a ‘hello’ or ‘no problem’/‘you’re welcome’ from some.

New beach front hotel.Large, clean and confortable rooms with modern furniture.Huge balcony.Frendly staff.Well-kept ground. Show for childrens and adults every night.A fontain with light and music show.A water park.
Low-quality brekfast cold cuts. Sometimes there are parking issues ( insufficient space, you have to park in front of the entrance accros the roud) . The beach could be cleaner and good to know that there are stons on one meter stretch where you enter the water ( nothing serious , but for sensitiv people )

A lot of activities, large variety of food, friendly staff, nice pools, rooms cleaned daily.
It was not what we expected. The organization for such a large complex was not good. When checking in, we did not receive enough information about the restaurants and dining options. Accordingly, when checking in on Friday, it turned out that we could not use our dinner in the Greek restaurant, which is only open on weekends and with very limited capacity. No compensation was offered, and yet this is included in the price and described as a privilege for everyone staying at the hotel. The hygiene in the main restaurant was poor. The cutlery and glasses were dirty every day. The beach was not well maintained, very rocky, no attempts to improve it by the hotel to make it at least child-friendly. Last but not least - the 15€ per night tourist tax was a surprise as it wasn’t described anywhere.
