Shore Residences is very accessible — close to the airport, shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. The residential lobby was also impressive, and the front desk guard who assisted us during check-in was very helpful. The owner is accommodating and responds quickly to queries and requests. The unit is clean, with a nice view overlooking the swimming pool. Free Netflix was also provided, which my two daughters really appreciated — thank you!
The studio-type unit can accommodate a group of four if an extra mattress or sofa bed is provided. To help maintain the cleanliness of the property, we suggest providing basic cleaning materials.

Kind of near the mall and near the airport but still a 15 min walk to the mall.
Booked for 4 people for 4 days but there was only 1 tiny throw blanket and only 2 towels were provided, no thick blanket at all, no hot water and no hair dryer too. They tried to fix it but the hot water disappeared again that same day. I was told that there’s an additional charge of Php 200 fee per blanket and per towel requested. The place is also too small for 4 pax. I also saw a cockroach crawling.

I love the location, the room was well designed, very cutesy and clean.
The whole property/ building in itself has bad signal. You cant use internet unless you use the Wifi. Wifi QR code to connect but I cant see it when the owner sent it to me and I cant even contact the owner using my own data because there is no signal. That was really frustrating =(
Also, Maybe add a hair dryer and basic things like hand soap and hand towel =)
