Really comfy mattresses and pillows on main bed and sofabed. Stylish well-appointed apartment with good lighting options. Easy communication with host. V clean and well organised.
Although the street looked quiet, every night midweek there were noisy young people outside, messing around nearby at midnight. Not the host's fault, but it did affect our sleep.

Localização muito boa, no centro de Rouen. Tudo que precisa tem na cozinha. Tem cadeira de bebê e berço para o bebê também para quem precisa.
Não tinha cercado embaixo da escada para bebês pequenos, a louça estava suja (poderia ser checado isso antes de ser guardado), é um pouco desagradável ter que lavar toda louça para usá-la.

-centrale ligging in oude stadsdeel, ideaal!
-mogelijkheid om vlakbij (betaald) te parkeren
-fijn, vriendelijk en gastvrij contact met de host en snelle reactie bij vragen
-vriendelijk geprijsd
-rustig in appartement gebouwd
-duidelijke in- en uitcheckinstructies
-koffie en theefaciliteiten
-honden zijn toegestaan
-gehorig, buiten veel geluiden van (uitgaans)publiek en sirenes e.d.
-er is één raam om de hele ruimte te luchten, daardoor werd het boven snel benauwd (wij hebben de ventilator) aangezet
-badkamer erg laag en moeilijk te ventileren
-her en der was zwarte schimmel zichtbaar, o.a. bij de ramen en in de badkamer, dit kan een probleem zijn voor mensen met een kwetsbare gezondheid. Ook niet alles even schoon (haren e.d. in hoekjes en bij plinten)
