The apartment was very spacious. The two bedrooms are perfect for two separate couples or families wanting a bit of privacy. The apartment is located in a great location with easy access to beach and center of old town. Gabriele was great to deal with and super responsive.
The street as well as the surrounding areas behind the apartment were very noisy. The first night I barely slept. However, Gabriele informed me that the new windows would keep out the noise if we closed them. Although I prefer to sleep with windows open, he was correct and was a great help. We found the bathrooms in need of updating and deep cleaning. The drains were backed up in both, but in fairness we never informed Gabriele of the problem.

The house is well located in the old town, close to the sea, spacious, with a large terrace on the top floor.
Gabriele was a perfect host for us.
It is good to know that you cannot enter the old town by car, the nearest parking is in the port, 7-8 min walk. In high season it is difficult to find a parking space. And also, the houses in the old town may be divided into several levels.
