Bon accueil, très bon repas, mais pas au niveau 4 étoiles. C'est bien, mais je suis mitigé dans mon apréciation.
Je suis mitigé dans mon appréciation. C’est en effet un 4 étoiles, mais les prestations, si elles y sont, ne présentent pas la qualité requise, c’est en effet vieillissant et pas entretenu pour ce niveau autant dans la chambre que dans les communs. (douche bouchée, peintures écaillées, angles et pied de mur abimés, miroir écaillés, on entend bien le voisin du dessus quand il marche, celui d’à coté quand il se mouche, le personnel bruyant à 6h00 du matin, les viennoiseries de la veille molles et froides…). Cela n’a pas entaché notre séjour d’un jour, mais c’est à signaler pour le nombre d’étoiles qui sont affichées et qui ne correspondent pas à notre avis. Ne fuyez pas, ça se passe bien quand même. D’autant que le personnel est accueillant, le repas très bon, il y a du choix dans le menu du diner.

The View from the room, The dining experience on both nights was excellent good food well cooked and presented. very friendly staff.
Unfortunately they had a problem with the main pool which was green, Swimming was ok, but it was abit offputting initially. The room was tiny and we would have paid more for a better room had we known what to expect.

Locatie met mooi uitzicht en goed ontbijt
Kamers sterk verouderd en niet schoon!
Je boekt hier via de organisatie Hotiday en niet rechtstreeks met de accommodatie.
Bij het melden van de teleurstelling aan de receptie geven die aan dat je dus naar Hotiday.it moet om je klacht te melden en die doen hier natuurlijk niks mee.
Booking.com heb ik hier over geïnformeerd en wellicht dat hun iets aan deze cowboy praktijken kunnen doen
