Lovely comfortable place to explore all that Norfolk has to offer . Good location to explore beach’s and other attractions . Three generations celebrating a 40th anniversary , one bedroom and bathroom downstairs which worked really well . Plenty of room for all including enclosed garden and car parking spaces (we had 4 but there was room for 5 )
Could do with another shower somewhere.
Also some plates and bowls for children .

Large comfortable reception rooms and bedrooms
Not enough functional bathroom facilities for maximum number of guests. We coped with just 5 of us in the property.
Ground floor shower wasn’t draining and smelt of mould.
No visible carbon monoxide alarm. One fire alarm wasn’t working. The thermostat wasn’t working. Quite a few bight bulbs weren’t working either.
Lack of kitchen equipment (including no wine glasses) and consumables (no washing up liquid, bin bags, washing up cloths etc. and no toilet roll in upstairs toilet).
There were no house instructions e.g. for rubbish disposal or working of equipment etc.
The kitchen wasn’t spotlessly clean and there was old hardened coffee in the coffee container.

Location was ideal for most places and plenty of parking
The kitchen was lovely and clean but there were no wine glasses or trays that fitted the oven

It was big enough for our party to sleep in. Nice dining room and sitting room.
Downstairs bedroom smelt terribly of damp. Couldn’t sleep in there without window open, then had road noise. Downstairs bathroom not ventilated well enough and remained damp all day. Toilet seat a joke. No washing up liquid, bin bag not very big and no extra supplied. No instructions on rubbish and vacating the property.
