The property should not be offered without hot water and heating. It was 2 degrees overnight and a cold shower in the mo

Good location and spacious accommodation.

No hot water or heating. The window blinds did not work so the light from the balconies that came on automatically meant our bedroom was fully lit. Promises to fix the heating were not kept then the managers denied any knowledge there was a problem. As the boiler power had been disconnected when we checked in it was clear there was a problem - we were advised over the phone to reconnect it but when the boiler ran it sounded as if it was going to explode.

Hermoso departamento
