Comfortable bed and clean/fresh beddings white and new/ thick towels. All kitchen utensils etc are complete. Very nice furnitures and furnishings. Modern and simplistic. Quiet location. 70 kms to Mount Cook and near Lake Pukaki.
Not enough coffee, tea and sugar. Dishwasher sponge is dirty. Provide a new one. Too many instructions to read. For travellers busy with their itinerary, receiving the Instructions a day or two before arrival is a cumbersome/troublesome.

The junk in the surrounding homes when you looked out.
