This was the perfect place for our group with 3 kids and 6 adults!
The kids stayed in the upstairs bunk room with 2 bunk beds. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and connecting outdoor balcony. There is a tub/shower upstairs. Several of our family members have mobility issues so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked great for them. The kitchen and living room had plenty of space to accommodate our group.
The house was perfectly clean and well stocked. There's a washer/dryer upstairs that was very convenient. The owners were super responsive to any questions we had and got back to us immediately.
Tropical Storm Bertha can through the week we were there so the beach was closed to swimming 3 days of our stay. This made us truly appreciate the private pool as we are sure the pools were packed at the large condos...The neighborhood is quite and the kids were able to ride scooters and go for walks without us needing to worry about traffic.
It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the Pier Park in the heart of Panama City Beach. Bay County Public Beach Access 95 is about 0.5 miles away and is the nearest beach access. The beach is great and not too busy. There are multiple other access points nearby but we didn't feel the need to try them.
We would also recommend going out to Camp Helen. It's 2 miles west and you do have to walk about 0.75 miles to access the beach but for us it was worth the walk. We really enjoyed shelling there. Bayou Bill's restaurant is a great nearby option for seafood.
We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would gladly come back next year. Highly recommend it!!!
There was nothing we didn't like.
Because several of our family members have mobility issues we would recommend adding a grab bar in the downstairs toilet and shower and maybe a handrail for the pool. (This was not a problem...Just a suggestion)

The home was perfect for our large group. Super comfortable and spacious. And it was conveniently close to everything! Restaurants, Beach, the pier and groceries etc.
Honestly, just that we couldn’t stay longer ☺️
But we hope to be back soon!

The Beautiful beach house is Tastefully Decorated. There was plenty of room to comfortably fit our entire family of 14! The outside area is gorgeous and the pool was phenomenal especially with the kids. Everything was there that a family needed to enjoy a weeks’ vacation at the Beach!
The only thing which wasn’t a house fail was the distance to the beach.
