Balde's home is a gem. Hidden in the small streets of Tivoli, the apartment is super modern, has great amenities and a gorgeous view from the large bedroom and kitchen.
The rooms are air-conditioned. The bathroom is modern and has a walk-in shower. All pristine.
The kitchen has modern appliances, including a nice little espresso machine.
The location is awesome, because it's located a few steps from an open plaza with a lovely view of a temple, right next to the Villa Gregoriana. The city of Tivoli is a beautiful town in its own right. There's plenty to explore
Parking is available for free down the steps (via a tunnel on the left of the entrance when you exit). It may take some practice to get there properly in the tiny streets.
We also loved the little welcome gift.
I was not aware that I couldn't run the airco with the washing machine. It was resolved super quick, though, because the owner is super nice and quick to respond. If this can be in the manual, it will be all sorted.

Die Wohnung ist im verkehrsberuhigten Teil von Tivoli, daher kann man nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren. Die Gastgeber waren beim Transport des Gepäcks vom Parkplatz sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist in der Altstadt top gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe von vielen Restaurants und auch der Villa Gregoriana - und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe und Verstand ausgestattet, super sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Alloggio bello e ben tenuto, pulito, accogliente e funzionale. Proprietario disponibile e presente al bisogno. Ottima posizione. È in zona ztl ma con parcheggio vicino. Consigliato.
