The location is terrific for transport, food and culture. Apartment is very spacious, well cleaned. The host responded quickly to a couple of questions.
Living room furniture needs update, very worn and uncomfortable. Reason I wouldn’t recommend for family depends on ages of children, if young too many stairs, would be concerned about safety. Low beds won’t work for everyone. Too big an apartment for a romantic getaway I think. Imagine it’s booked most of the time, carpet on stairs quite stained. Good luck.

Location is excellent and the apartment has a good layout
Very weird to arrive in a three bedroom apartment to find no toilet paper, just paper towels in the bathroom beside signs saying don’t flush wipes in the toilet. No soap in any bathroom, no shampoo.
Carpets need cleaning, mold in the ceiling in several places. Possible black mold on the grout around the upper bathroom bath. No grab bars in any bathroom despite very deep baths.
